What is the check-in / check-out timing

Check-in is at 2:00 PM.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Are meals included in the package? What are meal timings?

The standard package includes breakfast. Lunch and Dinner can be purchased at the restaurant.

The timings are as below:

  • Breakfast – 8:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Lunch 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm
  • Dinner 8:30 pm to 10 pm

Buffet food cannot be served in the room. Guests are not permitted to carry buffet food to the room. In case you wish to, a la carte menu rates will be applicable per portion.

Can I have lunch on the day of checkout?

While our standard package does not include lunch on the checkout day, customers can avail food from our ala carte menu at the restaurant.

Can a pickup/drop service by car be arranged?

Currently we do not have a pickup or drop service available. However, customers can conveniently use Uber/Ola services.

Are you pet friendly?

While we love pets/animals, Pet’s are not permitted as of now.

Do the rooms have Intercom?

The rooms do not have intercom. Any requests would have to be made in person at the reception.

Do the rooms have TV & WiFi?

We encourage guests to have quality time away from the concrete and electronic city life. The rooms do not have TV or WiFi

Do the Cottages & Swiss Tents have Air Conditioner?

All Cottages and Swiss Tents have Air Conditioner’s

Do the Cottages & Swiss Tents have hot water?

Yes, all the Cottages and Swiss Tents have a hot water geyser.

Do mobile networks work at the retreat?

Yes. Airtel, Vodafone and Reliance mobile networks work well.

Is accommodation available for maids and drivers?

We do not have separate accommodation for maids and drivers however we can arrange for night stay in the nearby village (please note, this is condition to availability and is not guaranteed)

Meals can be provided at an additional charge.

Do you provide baby cot/crib for infants?

While we love infants and babies, unfortunately we do not have provision for baby cot/crib.

We can provide an extra mattress at extra cost per night.

Do you have a 24hour Reception/Service?

Being employee friendly we believe our staff should get enough rest, Reception closes at 10:00 pm. All services (i.e housekeeping, etc.) stops at 10 pm.

Are walk-in guests permitted in the resort?

We do not permit guests without a booking. Prior reservation and payment to be made in advance. For any query kindly reach us at info@inodoyaretreat.com

Do you serve alcohol?

We do not serve alcohol/alcoholic beverages at the resort.

How are the road conditions

The road conditions are excellent. There is complete tar road all the way.

Are there wild animals around?

There are no wild animals (there is a habitation – village) just close-by. However the resort is surrounded by greenery, mountains and a lake so the occasional possibility of spotting some wild animals is always there.

One does need to be mindful of the occasional snake or scorpion spotting.

How far is the retreat from Mumbai and Pune

We are about 3 hour 15 minutes from Mumbai (Powai) at a distance of 125 km.

We are about 2 hour 15 minutes from Pune (Baner) at a distance of 92 km.
